When Dan Roger’s and his partner, Joe, came to finish the interior trim on the skylights, he was dissatisfied with the initial installation and requested Paramont to allow him to remove them and have them reinstalled correctly. Dan and Joe did an outstanding job with this and we couldn`t be more pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Paramont to anyone."

"The Insulation Man was a pleasure to work with. Melissa the person who I spoke to on the phone multiple times was always friendly and kind. Jerry who came out to my house was knowledgeable, never pushy, and answered all of my questions. He sent documentation and responses in a timely manner and even took extra time out of his day to send me some links of things I asked for. Their prices were lower than all other companies that quoted us (for the same exact work). I was home on the 2 days where the insulation was put in, and the people completing the work were respectful and always seemed to be working very efficiently. On the second day it started to rain and they stayed to complete the work, even though they got wet. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend this company!"

"The team had such a lack of regard and care for my home and personal belongings, that I am actually extremely concerned about the parts of the job that I cannot see behind the walls and in the attic. The team did not clean, move, cover anything as promised by the sales team and advertised on the website. Many of my kids toys, wagons, strollers, and some tools were ruined. Some of the toys were thrown out and I spent hours cleaning and scrubbing my garage. The application of the foam itself was also a disaster. The foam leaked through the recessed cans and into the bathroom fans, since they were not appropriately covered. There was full material on my carpet in the bedrooms. The fans had to be replaced. The company did ultimately repair the drywall in the garage, but cannot replace the hours of work I personally had to do in cleaning up their mess, and fixing the light cans, bathroom fans, cleaning the carpet."

"Martin was very helpful with the initial meeting to described the work to be done and help me chose the best shingle for quality and aesthetics, they were prompt to schedule repairs, the crew was courteous and professional, advising me of their progress, especially when decking on roof was replaced. Screen door was installed to perfection. Cleaned up thoroughly around the house. Office help was very courteous and helpful also. I would recommend this company."

"Lacks integrity, dishonest and untrustworthy Do yourself a favor and call another company. My experience with this company was very poor. Went through a difficult situation throughout a job. They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say."
