"April 6 2023, work began. May 12, Erik said powerwash to begin next week. May 18, I texted him asking when to expect the powerwash. He said I'm next on his list (he likes to say this). May 22, he asked to stop by at 5pm so we could pick out a stain color. Didn't show. Texted him at 7:56pm. He said he'd come next day at 9am. Didn't show. Texted him at 10:47am, he said we're next on his list (again). Monday June 5, team stained back deck, I paid for the project in full. Erik told me he would be back the first of August to complete work in front. August/September came & went. No communication. September 26, I texted Erik. He apologized, blamed weather, and said I'm next on the list (again). He said job to be completed Friday or Saturday. Did not show either day. 6:51pm Saturday evening, he texted me and told me he'd show up Monday to finish the job, which he did. While the quality of work was acceptable, how they choose to do business is not. I do not recommend hiring this company."

Surprise! the door did not match the trailer and had been shoddily constructed with the hinge barrels mis-aligned. I called Amerivet. I didn't get Gary- he sent out two younger guys. They came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. They were both personable, polite and worked well together. Great quality work, very reasonable pricing, great communication. Don't hesitate, call these guys."
