"Very easy to work with. Listened to what I wanted and kept within budget. Very knowledgeable of the products Trex carries. I talked to several other companies and received bids for the same product. Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Again, unlike others, did not try to up sell me. L Very pleased with their work. They worked well within my HOA constraints. Just had an issue with clean up after the work was done, but I honestly believe it was because of weather, which put them behind schedule on other jobs. Who would have thought we would have rain and snow in the same week that late in the spring? I would highly recommend them."

"Excellent! Even though the weather turned cold, he still came out and did the job. We got the whole house, garage and deck done, and even in that cold, we couldn't convince him to take a warm up break. The house, garage and deck all look great. Our large cottonwoods make quite a mess, and he even got the years of build up off of our gutters. Highly recommend."

"The crew did very nice work. They took care and I asked them to make sure they did a good job cleaning up - they were very great about this, too. They even had me inspect the cleanup specifically before packing up to leave once the job was done. Would definitely hire them again!"

"Rob Mantua and Kristal Aluia approached me in August of 2017 and suggested I buy a house that they would fix up for re-selling. They promised to do this within 6 weeks. I purchased the house September 1st and have paid them more than the original estimated total, but the house is less than 25% complete. It has no working bathroom, no kitchen, no new roof, no furnace, all of which they promised. It is now more than 8 months since I purchased the house. Multiple times, they promised they would finish the job and then did nothing. They have done almost no work since December. Now, they have not returned a call, text or email for four weeks."

"April 6 2023, work began. May 12, Erik said powerwash to begin next week. May 18, I texted him asking when to expect the powerwash. He said I'm next on his list (he likes to say this). May 22, he asked to stop by at 5pm so we could pick out a stain color. Didn't show. Texted him at 7:56pm. He said he'd come next day at 9am. Didn't show. Texted him at 10:47am, he said we're next on his list (again). Monday June 5, team stained back deck, I paid for the project in full. Erik told me he would be back the first of August to complete work in front. August/September came & went. No communication. September 26, I texted Erik. He apologized, blamed weather, and said I'm next on the list (again). He said job to be completed Friday or Saturday. Did not show either day. 6:51pm Saturday evening, he texted me and told me he'd show up Monday to finish the job, which he did. While the quality of work was acceptable, how they choose to do business is not. I do not recommend hiring this company."
