So I am penalized for their in ability to track and maintain customers registrations. Secondly, anything you try to make a claim on they will refuse stating "installation error". Evidently they have no intentions of fulfilling any claims on with their warranty, even when provided proper documentation. Steer clear and find a mfg that stands behind their products. TEMO isn't it."

Everything from the demo to the painting was done by Ace and 4 years later we still love it. Our bathroom hasn’t started yet but we are expecting the same quality results. The only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review is that after the renovation started, it was more difficult to get ahold or responses from our sales person and the team that helped with our overall design. The contractor that did the work was great, it a bit slow for our liking. Again, overall would highly recommend and would work with again. Just providing some realistic expectations as well."
