"I had them come out to do the trim & gutters and not the roof at first. The trim they installed improved the ventilation for attic. While they were out, I had the roof inspected for replacement. They discovered why the venting for the upstairs bathroom was inadequate. We had them come out in the fall to replace the roof, correcting the bathroom venting and installing better performing ridge ventilation. The first project took 2 day (1st day trim, 2nd day gutters) and the second was done in a day (subcontracted). Clean-up was thorough; the crews were industrious. The work looks really good a year later."

Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The job foreman did notseem to be experienced with foundation repair, only the drainage system, and tried to get out of redoing it. "I'm very satisfied with the final product, but it was a journey to get here. Initial sales rep who came to offer a free quote was aggressive and continually pushed products we didn't want. Took 3 hours to arrive at a quote and he stayed another hour attempting to make us sign documents when all we wanted was a quote. Following this wasted evening we were contacted by the companies VP Gary, who came bearing discounts and actual knowledge of siding. Smooth sailing after that. The work took 3 days for the siding and an additional 2 hours for gutters and downspouts. Small wood fragments and paint chips we left on the ground around the house, but easily picked up by shop vac. A pipe was busted in the crawlspace as the worker tried to fit J-Channel behind a faucet, but this was caught and a plumber brought in at company expense to fix it. It was a rough ride, but the house and garage look amazing."
