He noticed a billing error in the amount the estimator/salesman had charged and said he would return to his office and call me back with the refund amount I was owed because I was overcharged for the job. I don't know of many businesses that might work so hard to do the right thing by a customer as Tim and Keith did at Pro. I was very impressed by their integrity. A few days later there was a huge rainstorm and there was a small drip coming from one of the new gutter seams. I called the company and within two days Pro sent out a crew that fixed the leak and rechecked and recaulked all the joints around my house to make extra sure I was happy.
