"Went with Prime Home Remod for my roof replacement and gutter replacement. Job was done the next day after I signed up and the experience was great. Installers were clean and did everything Josh said they would do. Had an issue with one downspout so I called Josh about it. Repair crew was out that same day I called and everything looks great."

"Everyone was polite and professional. The job was completed on time. However, the estimate was ambiguous in that what I understood to be the total price for foundation repair and waterproofing turned out to be the cost of only the foundation repairs. We ended up going with the latter. Weeks/months later when it rained again, water no longer leaked from the cracks in the basement wall, but we found a small puddle coming from the basement floor against the wall. I don't know enough about the this type of work to say if it was something they did or didn't do."
