Get matched with top mold testing and remediation specialists in Walker, MI

"If you’re looking for a pro to help you with mold issues, I can’t recommend SGS enough. When I discovered the toxic effects mold was having on my health, I couldn’t believe it. I researched and did my homework to understand mold and how to effectively remediate. I was shocked to find that I knew more than most “mold restoration” companies out there and how unregulated it is in Michigan. I sought out true professionals and that’s how I found SGS. They know their stuff, go above and beyond, communicate effectively and efficiently, take the necessary steps, and have helped us through home inspections and remediation support. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. SGS services were higher in cost but that’s because they actually do what is needed to remediate the problem and not make the problem worse like many companies do (which end up costing more in the long run and have health consequences). I’m so grateful that SGS does what they do!"

"Length of time to wait for test results unsatisfactory."

"He re did the painting and he used the plant base products. Gave fare price. They did a good job. They are professional. Kudos for the work. He was somebody you won't regret hiring. I would recommend them."

"Calling ELCO was a smart choice. They were patient when I asked questions and listened to my concerns. They showed up on time, and all testing results were sent to me as soon as they were available. I would call on them again in a heartbeat."

"Brian quoted removing old asbestos boiler pipe insulation in our home. Brian and his team arrived on time and finished early. The work was fantastic and they cleaned up well afterwards. Plan to hire again for lead testing."

"the rep was knowledgeable and very conscientious. he answered my questions thoroughly and showed genuine concern about my situation and finances. And I got a callback to find out how things were going and lab reports were called to me and hard copies mailed to me in a timely manner. i felt i could trust him and would recommend him to anyone needing this service."
