Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Smart Roofing was the only contractor willing to work with me on my complex project. They agreed to remove my existing shingles and even sent a crew back a few days later to help remove my dormer flat roofs when I discovered it was a bigger project than anticipated. They haul their own trash and were careful with my yard. I've already booked them to re-shingle my roof and replace all my siding. Couldn't be happier with the customer service, flexibility, and communication!

Smart roofing did a good job, but ABC Supply ran into my porch delivering the materials and destroyed mine and my neighbors lawn leaving. Hire Smart Roofing, but ask for a different material supplier.

Rick was prompt in responding to our request for a quote. He went over the quote and needed work in detail. The work was done efficiently and in a timely matter. Rick stayed in contact with us through the roofs replacement. We had some ice issues during the winter. One phone call and he had a crew here to investigate & to remove the ice problem. He followed up again this week to make certain we had no further issues. They are a professional and personable group & we highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent experience from getting the quote to the finished job. When getting the quote, Randy answered all my questions and at a level I could understand, did not talk over my head to avoid answering. Very competitive price compared to three other companies. Everything was upfront. The guys (Ricks) working on the roof were very professional and really cared about doing the best job possible. I hired Smart Roofing Systems to install some insulation for me. They were extremely prompt in calling me back, and working with me to get the project started. When the time came for the insulation they were very professional, and did excellent work. One of the things that really surprised me was when they were done they had vacuumed the mess on the floor, and made it look like they hadn't even been there.
