"Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't."

"Jason was the mason who came out and repaired my chimney. He was on time, completed the job plus did an excellent job with clean-up and assisting in some additional needs around the chimney area. He was extremely pleasant and had great customer service, This is the third time I have used Dr. Sweep for fireplace and chimney issues. I highly recommend this company. Prices were also great."

"Sam came to fix my chimney , install a cap and clean & seal the pavers. He did a great job with a reasonable price , cleaned everything before he left and even offered to fix some cracks in my furnace's chimney. In case he will be late , the office called to let me know he expected arrival time."
