"Dale came into our home to test our water. He provided a demonstration with great education along the way to help us understand what he was looking for and how RainSoft could help. We have city water and were shocked to learn that our existing single-unit RO system in the kitchen, which we have used for years, was not cleaning our water the way we were told it was. I often thought about the internal impacts of chlorinated water but did not recognize the negative effects that happen to our bodies on the outside as well when our water is not clean and yet full of chemicals. Dale was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. We were very thankful for the insight and the level of options offered to meet us wherever we were financially. "Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. I would not hesitate to hire them again."
