"RainSoft of Northern Michigan has improved our water. I can see a difference in the laundry, coffee tastes better, cleaning the bathrooms & kitchen is easier, & showing is actually a pleasure (not a chore). Very happy we decided on RainSoft of Northern Michigan from the sales representative to the installation Technician."

"Jalen was an outstanding technician. He did a thorough assessment of our equipment and made sure everything was working. He also changed the filters on my RO system to ensure my family has the best drinking water possible. Thank you for sending such a great tech to our home."

"Very friendly and needs to work on hygiene. They probably should not come in high heels for the work."

"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

"The owners responded promptly to my phone call and immediately scheduled a site visit. They arrived on time and quickly assessed the needed work and provided a written quote on the spot. They called back later that day with a date to perform the work. The owners then arrived on time and completed all necessary work in a clean and orderly manner, explaining everything they did, and provided a written receipt and guarantee detailing all the work performed. They were professional, efficient, and experienced. All went very well."

"The expert they sent out determined that I had two cracks in my basement wall. Other vendors said I would need a interior water drain system installed. Stay Dry fix the problem for a fraction of the cost."

"Bob Gray and his team at 4-Ever Water-Tite did amazing work on our basement. I fully recommend this company without hesitation for any basement waterproofing, plumbing, or foundation work. The team was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, professional, courteous, and just good people all around. Bob was able to schedule our project in quickly and it was completed within three days. The work that was completed was exceptional, as well as the clean-up. The price was also very reasonable and the work has a lifetime transferable warranty."
