Dustin was punctual, friendly and extremely helpful in providing suggestions and helping me envision a landscaping design. After discussing the details, Dustin was able to provide me with a quote as well as the date they could start work. I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. Brooks Landscaping started work on the exact day they promised and the crew was very courteous and friendly. I was extremely involved in the process every step of the way and felt that it was important to them that I was engaged and 100% satisfied with everything. The entire project ended up taking 2 days and I was pleased that the crew cleaned up the “work site” both days. Overall they exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the outcome. "We hired Great Lakes Landscape Plus to add top soil and raise the grade of our front yard, raise and expand our flower beds, plant a dozen or more perennials, install decorative stone retainers, and much, much more. We liked their dedication and work ethic and decided to hire them for “Phase 2” which involved creating a new flower bed, adding an additional retaining wall, more plants, and of course a lot of mulch. Overall, we found them to be reasonably priced, diligent, friendly, hard working, and they communicated very well with us with special attention to ensuring we were happy with the plant choices and placement. As finances permit we intent to enlist them for “Phase 3” in the future. I highly recommend them for your all your landscaping needs."
