I tried to get Lawn Guru to be my lawn service. They came out the first time and did a good job with mowing my lawn. However, I could never get them to come back. I even tipped them well the first time. I did have two or three people contact me saying they were going to come out, but they never did. This company lacks good communication. I had to find another service because my grass was getting too long.

I'm not sure if they've closed down but you cant get a hold of anyone when you call, text or message them. And the providers didn't respond either. Very disappointing.

The quote for snow clearing was absolutely outrageous, however I still agreed to pay it as long as all of it got done. The provider did not show up until the middle of the night, he did not lay down any salt (although that was an extra $25 charge), he neglected basically the entire driveway, and customer service was snarky and unprofessional.

the worst service ever! I hired them for snow removal and last time the snow stopped at noon and they did not show up. I called them by 3 oclock they said will be there in 1 hour but they come after 9 pm. they are unresponsible and they did not even clean the driveway well. never do service with them again. do not waste your money.

I hired them just to mow my lawn. They broke the main water pipe to my house, said nothing, and simply left. An emergency plumber came out and cost me 650 dollars to repair. Now they refuse to pay it. They say they are not responsible because it was not caused by negligence. What is the definition of negligence if not this?

I returned home to a lawn totally destroyed and which will take months to repair. I cannot believe that they would leave my lawn in this condition and expect a review. They have me scheduled for monthly service and will not allow me to cancel all future services on the app. They won't even allow a lesser rating that 4.9! My lawn now has several bare areas and various lengths. Terrible job and so disgusted. I get angry just to look at my yard. They left grass all over the pavement and no clue about edging. I would never recommend to my worst enemy. If I could rate zero, I would.

I signed up for weekly cuts. They cut my grass twice, then vanished for a MONTH. I of course complained and have been getting the run around for a week waiting for them to get out here. Worst service I have ever had with a company in any industry and that is not something I say often for hyperbole.

Hired Lawnguru to mow my grass. The provider they sent did not assess the lawn first and got his lawnmower stuck in my grass digging a large hole in my perfect lawn. The pro said he would return to fix the lawn and never did. The cost to repair was $150 and he never finished mowing. Lawnguru said they are not responsible! What a cop-out. No one is responsible anymore. Well, maybe if their bottom line goes down, they will start taking responsibility Do not use them! Use anyone else!

They will nickel and dime you and spring surprise fees on you. You are better off for value to use a local yard service and stay far away from Lawn Guru.

Always on time, did good job and cleanup

It was done fast but I had to wait a few days before they found someone to cut my grass.

I will try their service at least one more time before making a final decision on whether to change services.

They quote a reasonable amount based on the size of your lawn and ask for local mowing companies to accept or not.

Looked like lawn was cut unevenly.

They gave me a time and day they would be coming and they were there as promised and did a great job on my lawn aid I am looking forward to working with them.

Maybe others had a good experience, but I did not. The first cut the guy did not do the whole second fix he still did not do a good job there was still about a foot of grass from the fence he did not cut. I do not want to use them again, I was at work when they came. I trusted they would do a good job but I was wrong. I am very disappointed.

The person sent out completely botched the grass cutting, leaving long patches all over. It spent about 5-10 minute riding around on his mower. I won t ever recommend Lawn Guru.

They did not do any of the trimming along fence and garage that was supposed to be part of the service. Did not edge. I had to call and get another appointment for them to finish what was paid for in first appointment.
