"I am a repeat customer for gutter and dryer cleaning so I called whrn the Chimney Cap blew off leaving my chimney exposed and open to the elements and animals. When I spoke with the staff several times on the phone I was assured they carrier caps for immediate install which was not the case.

Nathan who was very peronable came out inspected the chimney and recommends a liner plus new cap. He also recommended some preventive sevices which I elected to think about and get additional estimates. I provided a deposit and expressed some urgency about getting this service completed to recap the chimney which is open.

I was advised to work with schedulers as he was unclear on his schedule and how long I may have to wait for install of the new cap. He did say they would be flexible with time of day for work schedules

"The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. "It went very well. While examining the under sink cabinet, there was a leak in the disposal, Ryan replaced it with a new one. He did a great job by attaching a wood plank under the sink cabinet, it looks good and hardy. Also he found out that there was an additional leak from a pipe in the basement closet. He went and bought all the hardware and did an excellent job in fixing the pipe leak, fixed the drywall, resurfaced and repainted the ceiling of the basement closet and in the process explained everything very well. We are very happy with his services and will definitely hire him for our future home projects."

Furnace stopped kicking off. Service guy came over afterhours (thanks for that) and did a fix to the loose connection for inducer motor.

When he left, there was no mess at all including any signs of the old gutters and hardware."
