"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. "I am a repeat customer for gutter and dryer cleaning so I called whrn the Chimney Cap blew off leaving my chimney exposed and open to the elements and animals. When I spoke with the staff several times on the phone I was assured they carrier caps for immediate install which was not the case.

Nathan who was very peronable came out inspected the chimney and recommends a liner plus new cap. He also recommended some preventive sevices which I elected to think about and get additional estimates. I provided a deposit and expressed some urgency about getting this service completed to recap the chimney which is open.

I was advised to work with schedulers as he was unclear on his schedule and how long I may have to wait for install of the new cap. He did say they would be flexible with time of day for work schedules
