"Our Everdry system was installed by Everydry of Ft Wayne but that business closed down, without notice, earlier this year. I found out about this after calling to check on our warranty. Jayne and Sara were very pleasant to work with regarding getting our warranty reinstated and once that was sorted out someone was out the next day at the promised time to replace the pump. We've never had problems with the system overall, of course sump pumps don't last forever so that's to be expected. While the whole warranty thing was a headache, I do appreciate what they did to make it right."

"Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. Because this was our first experience with drain tile & sump pumps, we had lots of questions, which were answered promptly.  After we decided to proceed, there were a few issues.  Getting a permit from the City did not go smoothly, partly because different City employees gave us different requirements.  Also, we were surprised when ABC put drain board all the way up our crawlspace walls because they felt that method provided the best seal.  
The person who provided the estimate made several visits the day of the job.  He even helped put plastic on our stairs to help get things started.  The inside portion of the job took one day.  Two of the crew came back about a week later to do the outside work."
