"Our Everdry system was installed by Everydry of Ft Wayne but that business closed down, without notice, earlier this year. I found out about this after calling to check on our warranty. Jayne and Sara were very pleasant to work with regarding getting our warranty reinstated and once that was sorted out someone was out the next day at the promised time to replace the pump. We've never had problems with the system overall, of course sump pumps don't last forever so that's to be expected. While the whole warranty thing was a headache, I do appreciate what they did to make it right."

"Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. We had worked with them before and knew that they were an honest and reputable firm."
