"I told him I was concerned that equipment would tear up the yard. He said he would not use any equipment except a skid to remove the branches. He knew I was concerned about damaging the yard. I did not know what a skid was and did not ask, but he knew my concern. His equipment destroyed my yard. I flagged my sprinkler heads and his equipment operator drove over them. Also he destroyed a boundary marker. The actual tree cutting and trimming was outstanding. However not all small branches were cleaned up. His price was reasonable."

After he installed my system he installed my next door neighbor system and then went across the street and installed another system. After everything said and done he actually did nine systems in my subdivision.
