Sean is a very personable guy. We felt at ease with him from the start. When we talked about the project he didn't make us feel unknowing in what we were after, but made suggestions to improve what we were after. We discussed a price and timeline and everything went as planned. I really liked that Sean said he didn't want any payment untill the job was complete. We've even hired Sean to come back for another project. And all of this was done on a handshake. I would highly recommend Sean Kroll for any job you may have.

I purchased a home from out of state and needed a gas line installed for my range. Sean quoted me a fair price, he completed the project before my arrival and the work was amazing! Sean Kroll was enormously helpful. I highly recommend him. He gave me a quote over the phone, picked up the hot water tank and installed it efficiently. I had made an error in telling Sean that we needed an electric hot water tank when in fact we needed a gas tank. It was my error and all he said was it's alright and made the exchange. My happiest moment was when I came downstairs and the basement was cleaner than when he began.
