I told him how I felt and he said he prides himself on customer service. But offered no way to make up for anything. He also came 30 min late to out first instal and came nearly 2 hours late to the final installation. Then during the final installation it took him 3 hours to do when he said 1 to 2 hours because he took a total of 9 phone calls all lasting at least 5 minutes. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN."
