This project turned out okay, but it was finished 4 and half weeks past when it was said to be finished. The owner came into my home swearing needlessly and commenting on how things were not going to look good in my kitchen and that I should have done things differently. I told him how I felt and he said he prides himself on customer service. But offered no way to make up for anything. He also came 30 min late to out first instal and came nearly 2 hours late to the final installation. Then during the final installation it took him 3 hours to do when he said 1 to 2 hours because he took a total of 9 phone calls all lasting at least 5 minutes. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.

JIm Thompson (business owner) is a pleasant gentleman who provided helpful suggestions for what might fit our needs. He gave detailed estimates of the work to be done and there were no surprise added costs. There was some delay for the start date, which was completely the fault of his supplier and their mistakes. Jim kept us informed as those mistakes were resolved, but once underway, the work proceeded in a timely fashion. The finished product was everything we had hoped for. JIm obviously takes pride in his work. We are entirely pleased.

Jim is very knowledgeable and professional. He's easy to talk with. He answered all my questions and made sure that he asked me all the right ones too. He kept me informed throughout the process when there were a couple delays due to illness....I never felt like I was out of the loop. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jim again or recommend him to others. And the new counters look great!

Before the work began Jim reviewed with me the process and made sure that all my questions were answered. He started on Monday the 24th of September and the counters were finished that Wed. Everyday when he was finished working he vacuumed up the dust. I never came home to a mess. I am very pleased with the quality of work that he did and would highly recommend him and would use his services again. The counters look beautiful.

I was pleased with the process, we discussed in detail what I wanted and he asked a lot of questions. For any project, communication is very important. He was on time for the project, on budget (was a little less than the quoted price, I won't complain about that!) and very neat. I will be working with him again in Sept, he's going to install a laminate counter top.
