My only complaint is that his services seem very expensive, If you break the job down by the hour he charged just under $60/hr. so you might want to think about getting multiple estimates."

They let me know the problem I was experiencing was a termites infestation that had been active for a few years and all damaged wood should be replaced with pressure treated wood. My entire stair case leading to the basement had to be removed, a couple support beams, the half wall at top of the stairs and part of my pantry wall. I couldn’t believe the termite damage happening right under my nose. They replaced everything to look like new. Keep in mind that we were learning the extent of the damages as they continued the demolition. They gave me updated pricing as they discovered more bad wood. Remember, I had 3 quotes for this job. Sauba’s final charge was much lower than the starting cost of the other 2 contractors. Sauba construction made the renovation affordable."
