Our movers (WhiteStar, Sterling Heights, MI -- Excellent!) were leaving on their way from Northville to Holt when I realized I had lost our one and only key to our new house! I called Pinnacle and explained, and they said they could do it and would probably be done before the movers arrived. They did it! NF LOCKSMITH,LLCI lost my house key while out on a run. The tech was able to come out within 20 minutes. In 30 minutes he was able to drill thru the deadbolt to get the door open and then put a new deadbolt and doorknob on. Tech was friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.- KRISTINA A.

An engineering fault not shown out in vital importance - otherwise considered car useless as could be stranded anywhere with NO help. Showed failsafe feature freely to still use car.
