Reconstruction in the entire area was done by The Fix it Friends this included; electrical, plumbing, drywall, ceiling, flooring, dryer vent, painting etc. They also had to reconfigure the bar area. They took the extra effort to make sure the ceiling that had to be replaced in the bar area matched the existing area.
