Their windows are of excellent quality, were expertly installed, and we immediately felt the difference between our old windows and these new windows with the warmth they provided. The installer was professional, courteous, and efficient, and very knowledgeable. Our bay window casing was rotting and the glass was almost ready to fall out. It was a difficult installation, and yet he figured out a way to make the new window look fabulous! It totally changed the look of our home, and I couldn't be more pleased with his solution to a difficult situation. He also completely cleaned up after the installation. "They installed a new roof for me. The roof itself looks good and instalation was quick, but for some reason or another they didn't have enough matching drip edge for the front of my house. They installed a piece that now needs to be painted. Now I have to wait for warm weather to have it painted. Communications with the crew has been somewhat difficult. Just my opinion, there should be a crew leader that can communicate clearly with the customers as to what is going on with your roofing project."
