The salesman, Ryan Burdi, was informative and professional. The installation team was efficient and meticulous. We are very happy with the quality of the installed windows.

A fantastic experience start to finish. Our salesman was personable, knowledgable, and explained everything in detail; had sample windows to examine and test out and gave us options for payment plans and helped negotiate our final costs. The measurement tech was equally friendly and thorough. The office staff kept us informed of the window construction and delivery timelines right up to the installers' arrival. That crew was amazing. We replaced 25 windows of every shape and size across a large and tall house. It took this well-oiled machine of a crew less than two full days to complete everything, right down to raking our lawn and sweeping our driveway before they left. They were the very definition of professional. Polite, focused on-task, ready to answer any question, mindful of pets and flower gardens. The windows look incredible and work wonderfully. We heartily endorse Hansons!

My window installers Josh and Noah were excellent!!

They claim their singles are made just for their company, but lo and behold, they can be bought at Menards. Hanson pays all of their contractors and makes a profit off of their installations. They overorder at your expense, and then the contracted installer, along with Hansons local office, split the money on returns. (Straight from the office manager mouth) The contract that you sign is very generic and not clear. The Saginaw office manager was awful to speak with and blamed everything on his salesperson. I have video recordings of the entire presentation that state inaccurate information. I paid $34,000 plus for a new roof when I could have paid 20k to 25k. I will never use them again. I am still waiting for the leadership team to reach out. Arbitration was the next step in holding Hanson accountable.

The final bill was much more than the quote

I was kept up to date every step of the way. Each person I spoke with either on the phone or in person treated me with respect. They kept in contact with me to answer any questions I might have. I would highly recommend them!

Company said they would email me an itemized receipt so I could be reimbursed from my insurance company. Still am waiting.

Great follow up. Project manager called twice a day Crew installing roof great communicators. Kept me informed on when they were coming and going throughout the job. Explained what they were doing. Even brought garbage can in from curb. Cleaned up every day. Being an 83 year old widow, this very friendly and professional crew made me happy.

it would be nice if they kept to to their schedule and if they completed the job,, will be happy to give a new review when the job is done

Installers did a superb job.

We had a snafu with the windows being ordered backwards ( dbl hungs for sliders and vice versa) which added about a month to the process, but they got the order correct and install went fine , they did a great job

I thnk they lack follow-through finishing up problems that occurred during installation. Customer service was great, but follow-through was not.

It was a pretty good deal. We were happy with them and our new roof!
