"We called in the late afternoon and were given a 2 hour window for the next afternoon. They called 1 1/2 hours before the window to see if we were ready for them. They came, assessed the door and talked us through the repairs needed. They did the repairs in an hour. When they were done they showed us the parts they replaced so we could see why they needed to be replaced. We are very pleased with the service."
