We couldn't get the measurements right on our door so one of the staff members drove 6 miles to our house to assist us. And he was nice and considerate about it. That's service.

They are terrific. They are the oldest hardware store in Michigan. They have stuff in depth. The staff is knowledgeable. It is almost all women. They know their stock. They know the problems and have a very shallow inventory but exceedingly wide. I bought many things from them. They were the go-to place. The prices were more considerate. They are a independent hardware. They are always only a few cents above the big buck stores.

Raymond Hardware (The Oldest Hardware Store in Michigan) is Awesome. They offer quality products at competitive pricing. Judy (Owner) and the entire crew go above and beyond to help with whatever you need. If they don't have it, they will special order it for you. We built a new home and everything in it was purchased through Raymond Hardware. They will deliver to your home or business (usually same day if you order early enough). From building products to paint and tarps...they have it all. Great People, Great Store.
