When I told Troy I wanted a linear drain in the new master shower he new immediately what I was talking about. I was so relieved because both the contractor and the plumber were not familiar with these type of drains. When there was problems with the grout coloration in the new master bath shower he replaced the grout twice to get it right.
Troy was very good about advising that the old master bath room was not repairable. He did a good job replacing it quickly.
Troy was very good about telling us exactly what we needed to buy to make the repairs to the existing guest bath. And he he had suggestions where we could find the product. When his staff did the repairs in the existing guest bath and it did not meet our expectations Troy looked at it agreed and it was done correctly the next time.
Most times Troy was on site when all the work was being done.
