West was the first company to respond to my Home Advisor quite request. Jeff showed up in about 90 minutes for the estimate. Their pricing was right in line with the HA project estimate. In fact he then gave me a discount when I asked about doing more than just fixing the problem. What blew me away is that he said they could do it the next day and be done in one day. My rating is a little lower than it could be because I ended up having to have the line cleared again in 9 months. Usually, it's an annual process so I wasn't expecting to need it done again so soon. I suspect it could have gone further down the line to prevent that from happening."

"Plumber arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. Communicated throughout the repair as it related to shutting water on and off and expected duration of shut off. This was actually our second time using them, the first time was ~1 yr prior, we had a toilet that clogged easily and a tub that was not draining. The plumber was able to identify and correct the problems, and gave us a well informed opinion on what future needs both items might have, and associated logistics. No sales pitch, just great advice. Call center is also very efficient. We have never had to wait long for a service call, and are more than happy with both visits.
