They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. "Great. I called Monday when it became obvious that the wax seals on both our toilets had failed, i.e. faint "sewer" smell despite cleaning. Logan was able to come out Tuesday to do the work. I'm so glad he did. Normally resetting or installing a toilet is a possible DIY job. However, when Logan got into the job, it was obvious that this was beyond the scope of our skills: both flanges had been cracked, not to mention various other problems. The quality of the work and the peace of mind was well worth the cost. Oh, and I want to add that not only were they able to get us in at the last minute (at no extra charge), Logan arrived on time (of course), and left the area cleaner that it had been when arrived (removed shoes, put down drop cloths throughout the house - from front door to toilet, swept, wiped up, etc.)"
