"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"My experience in working with Mr. Jones and his painting crew was simply superb. My siblings and I needed to sell our family home, but many serious updates were needed before we listed it. Phil was very kind and patient with us when we had to reschedule a time or 2, due to unforeseen circumstances. The 2-story, 2,000 sq. ft. house had not been painted properly for many years, and needed extensive prep work, including the removal of wallpaper, the painting over of dated, dark paneling and and the fixing of a damaged ceiling. "Stohl Painting was excellent. Nathan and crew were extremely careful, very detailed oriented , and took much pride in their work. They did extensive prep work to the walls and ceilings of our home which had not been repainted since the orginal construction in 1997. They repaired nail pops, cracks, etc. and smoothed the walls prior to applying paint. They were very thorough in covering floors, furniture, light fixtures, etc.and vacuumed, dusted, etc. after painting was completed. Our home has 19' ceilings in the great room that includes an open staircase. This presented no problem as they were able to safely utilize ladders, etc. and avoided having to assemble scaffolding. I am very pleased with the quality of paint used, it is very washable and looks great. Our deck railing looks outstanding. Nathan chose to use a colored stain over an oil based primer and the color match to our home was exact. We were so pleased with how this deck turned out that we have asked Nathan and crew to return this spring to repair and repaint our entire front porch railing and column system. A job this large will have the occsional missed area or repair that was not noticeable during the day but became visible at night. Stohl Painting immediately corrected any areas that were less than perfect that either we found or they observed when they would inspect the previous day's painting. This was a big job. Nathan had originally estimated seven days of work with a full crew, we added items after they started, the railings were delayed numerous times due to rain, etc, and we then decided to repaint a downstairs stairwell and attached large gameroom, which added another three days. In total, the painting job took almost a month to complete, with at least one person and usually two or three of his crew here daily. But my husband and I could not have possibly done all this painting ourselves without it taking months and we certainly would not have produced the quality finish Stohl Painting provided."

"Rob and his crew were excellent. We were referred to Rob from some friends of ours. We hired him because we had seen his work from our friend's kitchen so we felt comfortable with the quality of the work. We hired Rob to fully remodel 2 bathrooms in a home we recently purchased. The bathrooms were extremely outdated so both of them were gut jobs down to the sub-floor and framing. 1st Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New electrical was done to re-position lights. A new bathtub and surround was installed. A new toilet was installed, as well as new vanity along with new floor tile, drywall, and painting. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. 2nd Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New tiled shower surround, new toile, and new vanity were installed. All drywall was replaced and painting was done. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. My favorite part about Rob is his attention to detail and interest in the quality of his work. If a paint line wasn't straight enough the first time, he would re-do it. He even used a small paint brush for models to touch up one area to get it just right! We has recently had all our floors refinished, and Rob took the time to cut and install RamBoard on all flooring to make sure there was no damage. When there were surprises that came up (as there is with ANY job like this) Rob didn't get dramatic and act like it was the end of the world, he would get the part and fix it and explain to us what needed to be done. I really appreciated his professionalism and quality work. We will definitely use Rob again when we do future remodel jobs."

"The owner, Jessica that I talked to was very professional and courteous. The guys initially came out before the scheduled date and had not called. I had not remove the deck furniture or grill that is connected to the house natural gas line. They said no problem and left and came back on the scheduled date. They were two young and courteous guys. They spent the day power washing the deck, then came back a few days later after the deck had totally dried to stain the deck. After they were done I looked at the deck from the ground, but it's hard to properly inspect a stained deck until it's dried so I could walk on it. The deck had never been stained before and I noticed, once I could walk on It, that between the boards were not stained and the under side of the railing had not been stained. Also, there were fingerprints of stain on the vinyl siding and the lattice going around the deck I so called and was told by Jessica that the underside of the railing isn't normally stained but she would send the guys back out to take care of my complaints. They came back, cleaned up the stain prints, stained the underside of the railing, stained between the the deck boards, then totally restained the deck which was more than I expected. So, while I wasn't happy with the initial job, they went out of their way to make things right. Became of that I will be calling them for future work.
