"Scheduling was easy, I did everything over email. It was a little while before the crew came out - in 2 trips, one was for power washing prep, and 1 for the actual painting, but this was due to weather. The power washing I assumed would just be of the surfaces to be painted, but it looked like he removed the mold/mildew on the back siding of my house which was a pleasant surprise. The painting crew came about a week later and worked from 9am to about 7pm, completing the job. It turned out really nice, the wood was caulked and the painting made it look new again. I have no complaints and I'm happy with the results."

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"John was prompt in reaching out after I post the request on Angie’s. He was able to get Sean out to help us the day after, which was much faster than I was anticipating. Sean arrived right on time in the morning and he did a great job in repairing the drywall. He was also very professional and courteous while doing the work. He also was able to find the right paint color to paint over the repair despite the fact that I pointed him to the wrong color shade. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality and speed of the work and I will contact All Aspect again should other drywall or painting issues appear."

To get the process started, Jon Nelson personally visited our home and conducted a detailed assessment of the areas to be painted and also examined the rest of the house for future work. He very promptly provided us with an estimate for the first phase as well as the future work. He worked closely with us to carefully choose the specific brand and colors of paint. The highly professional work his team conducted included patching and sanding in preparation, followed by the application of the appropriate layers of different tones of paint for the walls and ceilings. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned up and stored their gear, and when the job was complete, they left the work area cleaner and much more orderly than when they began. "Great experience from start to finish. Tim did a good job with the estimate, explaining what he would do, the materials he would use, and why. MHI was not the low bid, but Tim's professionalism with the estimate made me confident that MHI would do the job correctly. We experienced a massive fishfly invasion the day Tim's team came to do the painting. Tim decided to take the removable pieces back to the shop to do the work. (This meant adding a round trip from St Clair Shores to Troy to the job). They used blowers and built a plastic tent around the one load bearing post that could not be removed to keep it fishfly free during the process. The repainted shutters and porch trim look great!"
