"David was responsive and answered my questions in detail. Great experience working with them. Just wanted a third party opinion on a property before selling, which is exactly what I received. Miranda (person who came to property) was communicative and nice to work with."

"Hi, he was very nice but I did not like him asking me why I wanted a appraisel. That is none of his business, I understand why he asked because he is in real estate also. He did not explain everything or anything to me. I got the appraisal done, and I do understand most of it, not all of it. Also he did not show pictures of the property next to my home, which is a lot of land it could be split and sold. Other then the above mentioned he was okay."

"It was above all my expectations. The overall process took about 4 hours onsite for an 1100 sq ft home. He was able to look over everything, explain what would be of concern and what he was looking for, and what he determined to be present. As a first time homebuyer, he made me feel confident in my decision but gave me a realistic overview of what issues may present themselves ahead.Beyond that, the report that was given was extensive, including detailed pictures and explanations. Even my real estate agent was impressed."

"I found her through word of mouth. A friend of mine had used her. I am sure there was a fee but I don't know how much. She is very aggressive. When my friend referred me to her he told me that she doesn't have too much time. I called her and within a few days she had a list of houses that I can send my criteria to. Even though I had a surgery three days later I was there looking for a house. When I wanted to compromise and take something that wasn't that good for me, she stood her ground and said the neighborhood was not good for me. She said we would find something better. When we got this house the people were angry because we were not willing to pay what they would have wanted us to pay for and she stood her ground. She is very aggressive. I talked to another real estate person and it took that lady forever. She took over a week to get back to me.  With Monique she makes you feel that you are the only client she's got. She will get you the result in a very short time.  She also specializes in short sales and she is working with my husband right now on his house. She works with some company that helps you do a short sale instead of going into foreclosure. She helps with that too.  She is a Christian and she would pray with you if you need to.  She used to pray with me before we went searching for our house. She and the seller’s realtor went in parts with the price. I have already referred her to two people. She is awesome in her job.  She made sure I got the right house. She told me which a nice home was and which wasn't a good neighborhood. She made sure I didn't compromise and said we would keep looking and find a good one. "

"I had great service! The agent who did the faucets was very polite, and professional. He did a great job, our faucets are nice and sturdy. On the washing machine issue, the agents that arrived were also polite and professional. The agent said that the machine needed to be replaced. Fortunately, the coverage I had allowed me to be approved to purchase a new one! I guess I made the right (CHOICE HWS)"

Modular homes can go up or down in value depending on a few factors. In areas where real estate is appreciating, the value of modular homes is likely to increase, and vice versa. Additionally, the value of modular homes depends partially on the area. In cities where every other home is stick-built, modular homes might be considered a functional obsolescence, in which case they could be less desirable and go down in value. In either case, though, modular homes can still be a good investment, especially since they provide housing at a lower upfront cost.

Depending on where you live and the demand for pools and spools, a spool may increase your property value and make your home more appealing to potential buyers. It’s worth looking at installation, maintenance, insurance, and safety costs to see if the increase in value is worth the cost of installing a spool.

Yes, installing a tennis court can be a worthwhile home improvement project that adds value to your property. The potential increase in value can range from $20,000 to $150,000, and in some cases, the return on investment can cover more than 60% of the installation cost. However, the impact on value heavily depends on the size of your property. For homes with multiple acres, a tennis court is often a valuable amenity. In contrast, for homes on smaller lots, installing a court can decrease the property's value because it consumes a significant portion of the usable yard space. It's crucial to consider your property size and the remaining usable yard before proceeding.

Yes, siding orientation can affect a home’s resale value, but in what way and by how much really depends on the prospective buyer. For instance, some buyers prefer the more modern appearance that vertical siding offers, so having it can increase your home’s value in their eyes. However, other buyers prefer the classic, more common appearance of horizontal siding, so having vertical siding can decrease your home’s value in their eyes.
