I have the highest respect for Phil's knowledge. His qualifications, education, certifications are one thing, but the sheer knowledge this man possesses is amazing. I learned more talking to him in three hours that I've learned about life and houses and mold in a life time. He educated us, read the mold report we had from another company, explained why remediation was not going to do anything for us, and then went through our house and did readings and testing in various areas. He was able to quote page numbers of various books with standards and measurements. He really is a gem and he saved us thousands of dollars. I'm so glad we got a second opinion. It's not like the first opinion was wrong, its just that Phil put that opinion into context for us. Please hire him. You won't regret it.

Phil was very personable and had a lot of great stories, plus was easy to schedule and seemed like he genuinely cared. But this is a review of the service I paid for and unfortunately, he missed some very obvious issues on my home inspection - like a downspout that had come entirely loose from a two story wall and a rotting porch beam. Fortunately I noticed them and was able to get a concession from the seller, but i was disappointed they werenâ t found during the inspection and of course, worry about what else was missed.

Phil is a grade A professional, he knows his stuff when it comes to mold. Glad we hired him advise.

Phil is a very sweet person, very thorough, informative and dedicated to letting you know what to expect in your home. He provided his report promptly and even went above and beyond to account for a scheduling issue for me. I would recommend him 10 times over! If customer service is a priority, he is worth the booking.
