Day Appraisal Company

Todd was hired by my bank to do an appraisal on a house Iâ m buying. He clearly either will write whatever the bank wants him to, knows the selling agent/owner or has suddenly gone blind. Saying that a house that has the paint peeling off in sheets, a bathroom that does not function, no hot water, literal holes that you can see daylight through in the garage roof, holes in the soffits and a roof that needs replacing on the house has been â maintainedâ is laughable. Iâ d say maybe he got the houses confused but thereâ s pictures included. Yes, I knew ahead of time all of these things (and a lot of other things) need fixing but Iâ m pretty sure itâ s the job of the appraiser to take those things into account. I cant speak about his customer service, maybe heâ s a great guy, because I did not meet him as I was not at the appraisal.
