"This is the second time we’ve used Nick and his crew for flooring. Nick was very flexible from the start. My wife and I both work full time and we have young school aged kids so meeting with a contractor during regular business hours was nearly impossible to accomplish. On several occasions before we even officially began the project, Nick came over late after the kids were already in bed to discuss our plans and ideas for what we wanted done and to offer his opinions. We have always been impressed with Nick that he is not pushy or overly “salesy”, we definitely did not feel pressured to start the project until we were ready and convinced it was what we wanted to do. We had about 1,000 sq ft of flooring replaced this time around and it was very nice knowing that Nick and his crew were very conscious about the fact that we have young children and treated our house like their own and made sure there was nothing left that they could have injured themselves on. Heck, they even let our dog out and played with him a little bit each day because he’s not normally in his crate all day. The floors came out beautifully, we are so happy with the finished results. While it was not a cheap project, I believe the labor charged on top of the materials was very fair. I would highly recommend anyone use Nick’s Tile and More because you can truly tell they take pride in their work and care about the customer more than the paycheck."

I started Pro Built in 2017 looking to build my team and support my community and hometown. I grew up on a jobsite and have plenty of contacts for consultation or prior experience in multiple specialties. Interior projects are our main focus at this time (Flooring / Remodeling / Electrical & Plumbing / Servicing the Home) and we are currently booking larger projects two months ahead. "The company did not call me in the time frame specified when the coupon was purchased.  They did call me the following week.  The fellow came out and attempted to fix the downspout which was leaking from the top connector at the roof level.  He patched it and said if it didn't work he would come back to fix it. He said that it probably needed to be replaced.  I asked him what that might cost and he gave me a price.  After he left we had a heavy rain and the spout was leaking worse, sending water against the house and upstairs window.  I called the company and they said they would give the fellow a message.  I never got a return call so I am not sure if they gave him the message. I found the repairman's cell number in my phone and called him directly.  He came over immediately and replaced the spout.  He found it also had a clog in the bend.  He couldn't remember the price he quoted me and didn't seem like he was happy with the price I said he had told me, but he accepted it.   
When the project was finished it was fine.  However, I did pay for the coupon and the gutter was not properly repaired.  Then I paid an additional cost when he replaced the gutter and that was charged beyond the coupon deal.

"They showed up early and asked if they could go ahead and get started.  They did my roof in one day.  They cleaned up extremely well.  They guaranteed their work.  Made sure all the nails were picked up.  Had put tarp all around the house.  Removed all lawn ornaments and put them all back when they are done.  Did all the extras not necessarily asked for - went the extra mile that we really appreciated.  Their crew was absolutely wonderful, cordial.  Any questions we had they answered.  Brian, the Sales Manager, came out everyday to keep watch.  The experience was fabulous.  The owner even came out to see how things were going.  They worked with our insurance company and went over the house with them.  It would be a wonderful world if all companies had this work ethic.  I recommended them to my neighbors and 3 of them hired them."
