I liked that they had a Dump Truck for removal vs a Dumpster or Trailer. Many ground Tarps were used to Protect our landscaping and clean up was performed with Many Roller Magnets. I had a difficult time just to get contractors to come out and give me a price to repair the siding; I believe this is because many contractors want to work directly with insurance adjusters and on large profit jobs. Bob was very different; he returned my call promptly, spent about 15 minutes helping educate me about the repairs, and showed up to my home on time. When Bob was looking at the needed repairs, he fixed them at that time (at almost no cost), and then assisted with what I could do to save money on other repairs needed to the home."
