"Reached out to AZA to schedule an estimate and was contacted within a day. Previously had bad experience with other contractors Fay and Mousa understood our concerns and answered all our questions. They also communicated with us in a timely manner, we always received a response within 24 hours or less. Gave us a fair price on our gutter system replacement and 2nd balcony roof repair.Their subcontractors were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves . We were so pleased we hired them again to repair our kitchen walls that suffered water damage from our roof leak."

"Michael and Denise were excellent. The project began with exterior painting and then after a exceptional job I had them paint large portions of the interior and finish some trim work. I then had them regrout the master bathroom and paint a couple more rooms. They also finished a portion of my basement. The prices were more than fair and I could not have received more prompt service. Work completed the day after I contracted them. I cannot reccoment them highly enough. The world is full of dishonest contractors. I have dealt with some and have had to have Michael fix the work of others. I wish I had taken photos of their work. This work was done to help us have our house ready for sale and inspection and all passed with flying colors."
