"Reached out to AZA to schedule an estimate and was contacted within a day. Previously had bad experience with other contractors Fay and Mousa understood our concerns and answered all our questions. They also communicated with us in a timely manner, we always received a response within 24 hours or less. Gave us a fair price on our gutter system replacement and 2nd balcony roof repair.Their subcontractors were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves . "Michael and Denise were excellent. The project began with exterior painting and then after a exceptional job I had them paint large portions of the interior and finish some trim work. I then had them regrout the master bathroom and paint a couple more rooms. They also finished a portion of my basement. The prices were more than fair and I could not have received more prompt service. Work completed the day after I contracted them. I cannot reccoment them highly enough. The world is full of dishonest contractors. I have dealt with some and have had to have Michael fix the work of others. I wish I had taken photos of their work. This work was done to help us have our house ready for sale and inspection and all passed with flying colors."
