+ -1 moreA. All of M & C Carpentry work went very well. B. Again, we did NOT have any issues with the work that Matt did for us A. Matt arrived on Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM as promised. B. Matt made sure that his time was being used wisely. He did NOT sit around. C. Matt moved from one area to another to allow the paint to dry in the foyer and then in the closet. D. We have always been very happy with Matt's work. Whenever, anyone asks us, we always give themMatt's name, telephone number, and his email address. E. We are planning to use M & C Carpentry in any future projects.
Description of Work: A. Painted the front foyer B. Painted the front foyer closet C. Painted the floor molding on the first floor landing, on the stairs to the second level, and second floor landing D. Nailed down loose floor molding on the second floor hallway

Description of Work: Power washed the front of the house and removed the moss from the retaining walls. Painted the lower collars on the four front columns. Painted the ceiling and the walls of the living room. Installed new seals on the bottom of the storm and front doors. Installed new kick plates on the storm doors. Painted the handle on the front storm door.

Description of Work: We purchased a foreclosure and had multiple items needing interior and exterior wood working and general handy man work. He repaired exterior of our windows, wood siding, interior door work, railings, wood trim, cabinet trimming, window molding ...... He did it all!

+ 2 moreMatt went to Lowes and picked up the items he needed for the job. He took down the lights and stored them in the the tubs that I bought all nice and neat. He patched not 1 but 2 small holes in the facia boards. Those darn chipmunks! He then went to the basement to hang two small cabinets above the washer and dryer. There were some pipes on the wall so he had to box out those so he could hang them on the wall. It all turned out great. We were able to get all those bottles of soap and things off the floor. All work was done and all the mess was cleaned up.
Description of Work: Called Matt to take down the Christmas lights and patch a small hole near a gutter and hang 2 small cabinets in the basement. I let him know that I would order some items for the work from Lowes for him to pick up.

+ 3 moreStarted with the outside and inside work depending on the weather. The job was done at his schedule as this is a second home for us and we are there a few times per month on the weekend only. Matt does a great job. He is very neat and cleans up after himself everyday. We were very happy with his attention to detail. His finish work is very professional and has a nice flair. The detail he did on boxing the duct work was very nice. He even figured a way to hide the freon line from the furnace to the outside which was added after the basement was finished off sometime back in the 60's.We will use him in the future.
Description of Work: Ripped out old ceiling in covered back porch. Ripped out ceiling in basement. Boxed in all duck work. Primed and painted old wood paneling. Painted basement stairway. Repaired outside wood siding and painted all outside wood trim. Replaced garage entry door.Replaced and repaired facia boards. Repaired gutter downspout's . Replaced wood closet rods.
