While up on the ladder by the attic vent, he was kind enough to swap out a burned out dusk-to-dawn light bulb for me. I went with this company because I realized I had bed bugs and was terrified. Tom (the owner) answered my call and was ready to treat my home immediately. He responded quickly to all my questions when preparing for the treatment. The heat treatment was thorough yet efficient and pics were sent proving the 140+ degree temperature in each room of my home. Treatment was Friday, October 11th and I'm still bed bug free!
