He had brought his system to jet out the sewer drain pipe just in case and I am very glad he did. He showed me on the camera there were not one but THREE root balls blocking my sewer drain pipe. I am so relieved Kevin came out to do the job. He was kind and professional and even told me how to take care of the sewer drain pipe afterward. I can sleep easier at night knowing this will not happen again for a very long time with proper care. I will be recommending Kevin and his company to everyone I can. "This company was referred to me by the plumbing company I usually use. I live in a wooded subdivision and my house is surrounded by trees. I have a problem with tree roots clogging the sewer line. The service person(Chris) arrived within the time frame that was given to me. He checked the sewer line and based on the fact that I had a backup of the sewer, he snaked it out. He laid down tarp which was good because that part of my basement is carpeted. He was very courteous and professional and also gave me information on additional services I could use to work with the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with sewer line issues.

"Their services were good. The on-site guy that came out and helped diagnose the problem was pleasant and diagnosed the problem correctly. He ended up snaking out the laundry drain and not the main. This saved an extra trip out, as they did not have the proper equipment with them in the truck to do the main.
