He had brought his system to jet out the sewer drain pipe just in case and I am very glad he did. He showed me on the camera there were not one but THREE root balls blocking my sewer drain pipe. I am so relieved Kevin came out to do the job. He was kind and professional and even told me how to take care of the sewer drain pipe afterward. "I have used them and they were fine when I did use them. They had given me an estimate for major work that I need in the back for a clean-up thing. They gave me a price of just under $5000. I got other price from someone. I had another guy come, Ed Collins, the price is so much cheaper. I don't think I'd use Clog-Busters again. They were okay for what they were here for but for estimates for the major thing I need, no. They didn't use a camera. He did what he needed to do but I won't call him anymore. I'll call someone else. I have a slab house so you have to go through the toilet. Companies come out here and its harder than they think its going to be. The so-called deal was refunded because it didn't relate to what I needed. I thought they were good. This guy didn't reseal it, I got to do that myself. I thought the pricing was a little bit high but if you can't use your toilet, you pay what you have to pay. It was quick."
