He had brought his system to jet out the sewer drain pipe just in case and I am very glad he did. He showed me on the camera there were not one but THREE root balls blocking my sewer drain pipe. I am so relieved Kevin came out to do the job. He was kind and professional and even told me how to take care of the sewer drain pipe afterward. I can sleep easier at night knowing this will not happen again for a very long time with proper care. I will be recommending Kevin and his company to everyone I can. "Their services were good. The on-site guy that came out and helped diagnose the problem was pleasant and diagnosed the problem correctly. He ended up snaking out the laundry drain and not the main. This saved an extra trip out, as they did not have the proper equipment with them in the truck to do the main.
