Five Star Cleaning

"Over the phone Brian told me something different. When I got to his home there was debris and bags everywhere, this was not a light cleaning job like we discussed. There was garbage, clothes, underwear, dishes, shoes, socks, empty boxes and anything else you can imagine. My team helped to remove the items from the floor and took what we could in garbage bags and placed them outside near the door just to allow my team space to clean. The cost absolutely increased, the service that Brian needed was a moving service. There was no way to clean the space without moving everything off the floor first. Brian explained that other companies had bailed on him and now I understand why. I was the company to help and the result I received for accepting the job is a negative review."
