" As I?m sitting in the house I worked my butt off for and love so much, I can?t help but to constantly look at the one thing I wanted in this place, heated concrete floors. As I look, I get so mad because of the work that they did, what they said was a grind and seal, what we gave them another opportunity to fix and they still sucked. I wish they were just upfront and said they didn?t know what they?re doing and maybe then I would understand. This floor scratches if you look at it. I still have dust marks on my wall because the lack of dust collection they used. Every corner is still untouched because they don?t have the right equipment. Stay away. I?ve tried to call their corporate but this is obviously a garage flake franchise that says they know what they?re doing but don?t. Just by typing this after working 16 hours (to hopefully pay someone to redo this one day). The lack off accountability and customer service at this place is unimaginable. "

"Sondro's company completed the flooring job, but damaged my new garage door in the process, and he refuses to have the damaged portion of the door replaced. He only offered to paint over the damage. That is not acceptable. THAT is the major complaint that I have, and I will now have to take it to small claims court."

We signed the quotes, sent our deposits, and communicated continuously to make sure things were on track, up until the Friday before scheduled to start. We scheduled much other work around this and spent significant dollars and effort to prep for the floor project, paying plumbers, movers, etc. Then Friday before starting they CANCELLED the project, without so much as a phone call!! I only found out by calling them for further coordination and confirmation for the project!! In many years of construction management this was the worst corporate behavior and lack of responsibility to a paying customer that I have encountered. Terrible, unaccountable and unprofessional communication and now it all becomes the customers problem to deal with. Avoid this company! Hire a responsible company!!"
