I had my garage floor coated. The quality of the work done was outstanding!! The result is absolutely beautiful! Owner Dennis called right after I put the entry into Angi and arrived the next morning to offer a quote. After talking to him, l pretty much decided on the spot that he would do the work. Dennis actually did the work on this job himself. In addition to doing the coating work, the job included removing everything in the garage, installing at my request white molding around the base and painting some existing molding after the coating had cured, and putting everything back in the garage when the floor was done. Explanations and communication were excellent throughout the project.

Dennis was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and approachable from our very first meeting. He clearly explained the process and offered excellent suggestions along the way. Throughout the project, he remained prompt, responsive, and honest. After vetting four companies, Dennis stood out as the best by far. He completely transformed my garage interior—I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I like Dennis. He is a nice person, but I am so disappointed with the way things have ended. Our basement floor, which he epoxied, is blistering and peeling, and despite multiple attempts to reach Dennis I have not received a response. I would like him to come back and improve the floor, or to return us some of the money so that we can hire someone else. Early in my communication with Dennis I made my color and texture expectations clear. And just for context, I am known to be an over communicator especially when it comes to house projects. Dennis put the wrong color and the wrong texture on our floor. As he was finishing I explained that I could not live with it, and asked him to redo it. We felt pretty horrible asking him to undo what he had done and start the floor again, but he agreed he would. He was professional and said that he wanted us to be happy. We paid him for his additional time and labor to fix the floor. The blistering and peeling began right after he put in the color and texture that we wanted. I thought for sure that he would get back with me about fixing the problems, but he did not! Apparently, he did not want us to be happy with his work after all.

Wow, this was a wonderful experience. We are older, and this workman quoted a price that included moving our basement contents, as well as fixing the concrete, cleaning and sealing it and putting on the epoxy surface. It looks amazing. It is a basement for storage, but it will be so much easier to keep clean and in order. Cannot tell you how wonderful the whole experience turned out. Recommend you use Vital Coatings whenever you contemplate a house project. The workmen arrived on time, were personable, worked extremely hard and were trustworthy, and helpful.
