Crew showed up a day and a half late. It was our master bedroom that was to be done first so we had moved out to accommodate the start date. He was a sub to my GC. The finish product was good. The real issue I had was that my GC dropped all kinds of debris on the finished floor after it was finished. The GC brought Mr. Cameron back. I thought he was coming to look at what could be done to repair the damage. Instead Mr. Cameron stood tehre trying to convince me that the damage my GC had done wasn't that bad and didn't need to be repaired. This wasn't one or two scratches it was several dozen gouges where the GC had demolished the plaster ceiling and allowed the material to fall directly onto the recently finished floor. This was completely unprofessional and intolerable. I did not let the GC use Cameron on the remainder of the house floor refinishing. It should be noted that I run a large commercial General Contracting company for a living.

Was very prompt.  Explained all that was necessary and the time to do it.  The job was finished exactly as he
indicated.  The floor turned out just wonderful and we are very pleased with his work. Infact, we felt the color
looked better than the original color.  We would highly recommend this company and will definitely use his
service again.

This company was outstanding. The quote was right in line with competitors plus we were highly satisfied with their overall quality which exceeds all others. I've mentioned this company to others unsolicited, and will continue to enthusiastically endorse their work. Top notch outfit.

It went fairly well, after I removed the carpet I found a lot of water and animal damage in one room and that sent the cost soaring for them to replace all the wood in that room, in addition to other areas they had to repair. The total for all the repairs ended up being almost 50% more than my original quote, but they did call and discuss the cost with me ahead of time and made sure that I was okay with it before they proceeded with any work. I also had to pay a 3% fee for charging the services to my credit card.
I can't say that I would have gone with this company if I hadn't been in such a time crunch, I basically had a week and a half before I had to move into the house and they were the only company that could fit me in with such short notice. I say that I don't know, mostly because of the cost.... I really couldn't afford the price that they charged me, but due to the timing and wanting the house to be empty while it was being done I went with them anyway.
The crew was very courteous and professional and outside of the high cost I enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend them to others.

They seemed knowledgeable and probably the best of all the other people. But I couldn't afford them. They seemed to be well experienced and it is a family business of many years.
