I asked Neli to stop charging me, and nothing happened, I then went to the "live chat" option on their website and asked how to stop getting charged, I Never got an answer and they just kept charging me, Then they requested that I rate the CHAT!!! "Service person came out, diagnosed the problem, replace the pre-amplifier and the amplifier on the TV tower. $340 A few months later we could not get any reception, and could see the wire connection from the antenna to the amplifier was not connected. I called them and emailed them pictures. They told me they would come out and take care of it the next time they were in my area. I called several times over three months, same reply, they would stop the next time they have someone in my area. I am 15 minutes from their business. It`s been six months now, still no show."
