IN JANUARY OF 2014 I PURCHASED A HP LAPTOP COMPUTER AND A HP PRINTER FROM BEST BUY.  NOW ALMOST A YEAR LATER, THE PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT IN MY HOME NOR WILL IT HOOK UP TO WIFI ANYMORE.  AS A PAYING MEMBER OF THE GEEK SQUAD SERVICE CONTRACT, I HAVE PHONED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY HAVE TRIED TO HELP ME ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE.  AND... IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE STORE TWICE!   NO LUCK  THE TECHNICIANS ARE SPOTTY WHEN IT COMES TO KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS.  SOME GOOD ..SOME BAD.
GEEK SQUAD PERSONNEL AND MANAGER NO HELP,   HEWLETT-PACKARD PROMISES TO CALL ME AT 8 PM SEVERAL TIMES BUT CALL ME DURING MY WORK HOURS.   (Guess it is 8 o clock somewhere).
I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A PRINTER FOR A MONTH NOW, NOTIFIED THEM BACK IN DECEMBER. HENCE THIS LETTER AND OTHERS TO GO OUT.  YOUR HELP IN RESOLVING THIS WOULD BE WONDERFUL.
