"Yes great job by the contractors who came in and install the windows they were very proficient high-level anything that we had questions related to answered and you need that first window start they were right on top of where we were very impressed they worked so well together"

"The entire procedure was excellent from start to finish. The salesman/installer, Luke Dane, came and measures my windows. He was very personable and professional. He gave me all the choices I had for the windows and did not pressure or "sell" me on anything that I did not need for want. The work was top notch. He made sure that everything was perfect before he left and even let me know that if there was a problem please give him a call and he would come back and make adjustments. The windows are beautiful. I will definately use May's Construction in the future."

"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"We had an issue with sliding glass doors in our sunroom. They were sticking on the tracks, some of the rollers were bad and one of the doors could barely open or close at all. The problem was that these are old, custom size doors. Other companies had come out to bid and decided it was too complex to fix and tried to sell us new doors. I knew that they could be fixed- I just hadn’t found the right company yet. That is when I contacted S&T Lock N Key. Sam came out, diagnosed the problem and came back within a day or so to fix everything. The job was more difficult than he predicted and took him a lot longer. But when it came time to pay him, he did not jack up his quote, he said “a deal is a deal “ and just asked for the original bid. That is integrity. Excellent skills, great work ethic and honesty like this don’t happen every day. I would recommend him highly and hire him again in a minute. Five stars plus!"

"Quick and excellent drywall and paint work. Thanks."

"They were respectful and polite throughout the entire window replacement process. Josh was helpful and even fixed some broken tile that was broken while installing a bathroom window. I would recommend them."

"The crew was polite, efficient and completed all my windows and door replacement in 1 day. Covered my furniture and cleaned up behind. I am very happy with these windows and door!"

"$7000 for a simple door and $3000 per window? On an old mobile home? No thank you !!!!!"

"This contractor provided me a quote for a 50 year roof that is transferable to a new owner. The cost was similar to another quote for a 25 year roof that was not transferable. They stuck to the schedule and it looks great"
