"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. We will contract with them if we have projects in the future. Stan and Marilyn"

"We had an issue with sliding glass doors in our sunroom. They were sticking on the tracks, some of the rollers were bad and one of the doors could barely open or close at all. The problem was that these are old, custom size doors. Other companies had come out to bid and decided it was too complex to fix and tried to sell us new doors. I knew that they could be fixed- I just hadn’t found the right company yet. That is when I contacted S&T Lock N Key. Sam came out, diagnosed the problem and came back within a day or so to fix everything. The job was more difficult than he predicted and took him a lot longer. But when it came time to pay him, he did not jack up his quote, he said “a deal is a deal “ and just asked for the original bid. That is integrity. Excellent skills, great work ethic and honesty like this don’t happen every day. I would recommend him highly and hire him again in a minute. Five stars plus!"

"We had a rain delay of 1 day. The window coordinator, Malaika kept us informed every step of the way and she told us that she had an excellent crew for us. We found out just how great they were. They are ansubcontractors for HANSONS, and they went by AIR-TITE CONSTRUCTION out of Lansing, Michigan.There are 3 employees that started the work about 7:30am. They were meticulous about their work and very well coordinated. I don’t think they even took lunch breaks. It was a truly hot day also and they finished up around 4:30-5pm. They tarped inside and out, vacuumed and picked up after every window. They R&R’D 12 windows. They trimmed them all out outside so you don’t have to paint. The inside man, Trevor brought it to our attention that one window had a hairline crack and we had 4 screens missing. He said that they would be ordered and installed. Trevor ran us through the operation of the new windows. We were very impressed with how well everything flowed together & lifetime warranty!"

We recently purchased a home & discovered during the harsh winter months that our windows and patio door where causing HUGE energy losses. I did a bunch of research & read HUNDREDS of reviews on various window companies & decided to set up a meeting with Your Home Improvement Company. Our salesman Tom was absolutely professional & went through all the options with us. Now YHIC wasnâ t the cheapest bid we had gotten but the level of quality of materials and the amazing warranty was the reason we chose them. The crew that installed all 9 windows and patio door were just as equally awesome. They made sure all our floors & carpet were covered & they did a great job of cleaning everything up after they were done!! They didnâ t even mind working around 3 German Shepherds!
